Cooper Engineering, Inc. (CEI)
was incorporated in March of 1997. In
its approximate five years of operation, it has successfully completed about
five hundred twenty five design projects ranging from small site studies to
design of larger residential and commercial sites. Among the list of clients are regional and
national companies including Blockbusters, Pier I imports, Chili’s, La
Madeline, Jitney Jungle, Stirling Properties, the Tenent Group, Archdiocese of New Orleans, etc. as well as
some of the most successful local developers.
CEI is familiar and comfortable with all aspects and needs of a large
development, and at the same time no job is too small
CEI maintains a small core
staff, but has consultants available in the fields of Engineering,
Architecture, and CAD drafting, who perform work on as needed basis, that make
the overall design staff on of the most experienced in the area
All associated outside
consultant have over twenty years experience in their respective fields and
have been acquaintances of Mr. Cooper for about the same period of time.
Cooper Engineering, Inc. has
proven that it can meet client demands, no matter how rigorous, in regard to
civil design, planning, and environmental permitting. We have worked hard to develop a trusted
relationship with the local, state and federal agencies that have review
authority over projects. These
